Privacy Policy
Last updated September 16, 2026. Raised Off Screen respects the privacy of parents and families. This policy explains what information we collect through raisedoffscreens.com, the Screen & Life Balance Assessment, and purchases of our digital products; how we use it; and the choices available to you.
Information we collect. The assessment may collect the parent’s name and email address, optional marketing consent, the child’s first name or nickname and age range, assessment answers, and the resulting Screen Pattern. Wix and its payment providers may collect contact, billing, and transaction details for purchases. We may also receive device, cookie, and basic usage data.
How we use and share information. We use data to provide the assessment and result email, fulfill digital-product purchases, respond to support requests, improve the service, and protect against misuse. Wix, involve.me, and payment providers process information only as needed to provide these services. We do not sell personal information. Promotional email is sent only after optional, affirmative consent. Cookies may support essential functions, analytics, and advertising where permitted.
Retention, children, and your choices. Assessment responses are reviewed and manually deleted at least every 90 days because the current involve.me plan does not automate custom retention. Purchase and tax records may be kept longer when legally required. The assessment is intended for adults; parents should use a child’s first name or nickname, not a full legal name. To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent, email hello@raisedoffscreens.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
